Cheri Amour is a freelance writer, editor, and author based in Kent.
“Part-time guitarist and full-time feminist.”
Cheri’s work is rooted in amplifying underrepresented voices on air, online and in print.
For six years, Cheri was one of the hosts of The Other Woman, championing women and non-binary artists at Resonance FM and Soho Radio. Most recently, Cheri has become an author, contributing to cult music series 33 1/3 on the unassuming influence of South Bronx sister troupe ESG. Cheri booked a Mini Session in Margate Old Town for a headshot refresh for the year ahead. I loved meeting her and chatting all about music and working as a freelancer!
