Anna is a Reiki Practitioner based in Deal. Reiki is used as a tool for healing on all levels; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It removes blockages, rebuilds harmony and encourages self- healing by activating the relaxation response.
Reiki healing involves transmitting universal life force energy throughout the body and energetic fields by placing the hands in a series of positions over the body, which generally correspond to the Chakra system.
Anna booked a Studio Mini Session, as she’s at the start of her new journey and needed a handful of images to get going.
We used the lovely Shed Studios in Margate which is such a beautiful neutral space!
