For our Mini Session, James wanted updated portraits that reflected his own personality - relaxed, approachable and professional. As someone who spends so much time behind the camera, it was a great opportunity for him to step into the spotlight and let his clients see the person behind the lens!

We shot in the colourful and vibrant streets of Margate Old Town, with its mix of charming shopfronts and seaside character. The location was perfect for capturing a mix of professional yet approachable portraits, with the lively backdrop adding a sense of fun and creativity.

During the session, I got to hear about James’s philosophy as a wedding photographer. His goal is to let couples fully enjoy their day while he works quietly in the background, capturing candid, natural moments that tell the story of their wedding.
