There’s something uniquely rewarding about working with someone whose career you’ve seen evolve over the years, and the recent session with Tom was a perfect example. As a Sports Commentator, Voiceover Artist, and Presenter, Tom’s voice and on-screen presence are synonymous with the fast-paced world of motorsport, and it’s been amazing to watch his journey unfold.

Tom’s work is as dynamic as the sports he covers. From his role as Lead Commentator for the 5 Nations British Rallycross Championship to his freelancing gigs with Eurosport, where he commentates on British Superbikes, Porsche Supercup, and more, his career is a testament to his passion and dedication. He’s also lent his voice to high-profile projects like Gran Turismo Sport on PlayStation 4 and television highlights for MotoGP and WorldSBK.

For this session, we focused on creating portraits that captured the energy and professionalism that are so integral to Tom’s work. Whether he’s delivering live commentary, voicing iconic motorsport moments or presenting in front of the camera, Tom brings a combination of confidence, charisma and authenticity that we wanted to reflect in his images.

It’s been incredible to see how far Tom has come since our first session in 2016 (although we’ve really known each other for over 15 years!). His journey from up-and-coming commentator to a leading voice in motorsport is nothing short of inspiring. Watching him turn his passion for motorsport into a thriving career is a reminder of what can happen when you combine talent, hard work, and a love for what you do!
